The registration application is the very first stage of our admission process. A registration form must be submitted by parents or student along with all the required details mentioned below. We would also like to confirm that a successful registration is not a guarantee of admission for any student. The Best Play School in Odisha, accepts both offline and online registration of forms for student admission. The registration fee is neither adjustable nor refundable, and every successful registration is only valid for the specified academic year.
Offline Registration

Parents or students have to visit campus for the offline registration form and submit the form with all the required details such as student name, email ID, phone number, parents name, date of birth, passport size photos of admission candidate and parents with the addition of the other details mentioned in the registration form.
Online Registration

Parents and students can directly avail and submit their registration form from the above/here mentioned link/button. We request parents and students to properly put the required details mentioned in the registration form while submitting it online. The submitted details must match at the time of admission if the candidate gets selected for admission.
